LOCATION: Springfield, MO, Northeast location inside city limits on US Highway 65 (four lanes) and Kearney Street.  One mile south of Interstate 44.
CONSTRUCTION:

Natural stone ceiling and pillars, concrete block walls, concrete floors.

CEILING HEIGHT: 20’+ Clear Height.
FIRE PROTECTION: Wet pipe automatic sprinkler system throughout the warehouse, smoke detectors, central station alarm system.
OFFICE: 1700 square feet. Drivers lounge with separate restroom, three private offices (one is convertible to a break room), and clerical office.
TRUCK DOORS:
