Springfield Underground has leased over 75 million cubic feet in underground buildings built in caverns formed by our underground limestone mining division. By walling off portions of the former limestone mine and constructing floors, offices and truck docks, we are able to create comfortable underground working environments.
When it comes to environmental controls, we are able to customize humidity and temperature to provide the precise environment for your specific warehousing or manufacturing requirements.
We have also constructed other types of controlled environments. These climates are ideal for storage of sensitive products or equipment such as computer systems and data storage.
